Grievance Management and Dispute Resolution Mechanism

As part of our work with the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund (CEPF), INDRI provides a Grievance Management Mechanism (GMM).

This system allows any person or community affected by our activities to confidentially report any conduct, action, or decision deemed inappropriate or harmful on the ground.

This mechanism reflects our commitment to transparency, ethics, and respect for human rights. It provides a clear and fair framework for listening to, understanding, and addressing the concerns expressed by stakeholders.
