These Terms of Use (the “Terms“) set out the conditions under which any person (the “User“) may access and use the website https://indri.solutions (the “Site“), edited by INDRI — Initiative pour le Développement, la Restauration écologique et l’Innovation.
Accessing the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms. If the User does not accept all or part of these Terms, they are asked not to use the Site.
The purpose of the Site is to: – present INDRI, its missions, its initiatives and its team; – share publications, resources, articles and analyses on environmental, economic and social issues related to Madagascar; – enable visitors to contact INDRI’s teams; – where applicable, allow online donations through the dedicated form.
The Site is freely accessible to any User with internet access. Connection costs (hardware, software, internet subscription) are the sole responsibility of the User.
INDRI uses reasonable means to ensure continuous access to the Site, without being bound by an absolute obligation. INDRI may suspend, interrupt or modify access to all or part of the Site at any time and without prior notice, in particular for maintenance, updates or in cases of force majeure.
The User undertakes to use the Site in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. In particular, the User must not: – harm the operation of the Site or attempt to access it through means other than the interface provided (intrusion, security circumvention, abusive scraping, etc.); – distribute unlawful content, defamatory, racist, xenophobic content, content inciting hatred, content of a pornographic nature or content infringing human dignity; – infringe third-party rights, in particular intellectual property rights; – use the Site for unauthorised commercial purposes, prospecting, spam or phishing.
Any breach may result in the removal of the disputed content, blocking of access and, where appropriate, legal action.
All elements appearing on the Site (text, images, videos, logos, graphic design, structure, database, source code) are protected by copyright and are the exclusive property of INDRI or its partners.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, translation, commercial exploitation or redistribution, in whole or in part, by any process whatsoever, without prior written authorisation from INDRI, is strictly prohibited and would constitute an infringement punishable under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
The User is authorised to view and download the content made available for strictly personal and non-commercial use, provided that they do not alter its nature and systematically mention the source (“Source: INDRI — indri.solutions”).
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. INDRI exercises no control over these websites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, terms of use and privacy policies.
The creation of hyperlinks to the Site is permitted provided that such links do not damage INDRI’s image and that they redirect to content identifiable as originating from the Site. INDRI reserves the right to request the removal of any link deemed contrary to its interests.
The Site may offer an online donation module. Donation procedures, possible refund procedures and the management of associated data are detailed on the “Support INDRI” page and in the Privacy Policy. Donations are processed by a third-party payment provider; banking data does not transit through INDRI’s servers.

INDRI cannot be held responsible for: – the use the User makes of the information provided; – direct or indirect damages resulting from accessing or being unable to access the Site; – malfunctions or unavailability linked to the internet network, browsers or the User’s equipment.
INDRI reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. It is the User’s responsibility to consult the version in force regularly. Continued use of the Site after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by Malagasy law. Failing amicable resolution, any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antananarivo, subject to applicable rules of public order.
